Roadmap to Your Recovery Journey
Step 1: Your Initial Phone Call
The road to recovery starts with a call for information about our treatment programs. During this confidential communication, we ask questions and provide the information you need to make a positive and healthy decision. We make this process easy on you as possible. You are showing strength by making the call. We want to help.
Step 2: Arriving at Alpha Healing Center
A comprehensive assessment is completed upon your arrival to ensure we create the treatment plan that best fits your needs. We carefully monitor your safety and comfort level, while giving you space and time to assimilate to your new surroundings.
Plan to arrive in late morning or early afternoon, which allows plenty of time to complete any admission procedures and preliminary medical assessments. You will have time to enjoy a massage and relax for the rest of the day. A chef will cook you the first of many farm-to-table fresh meals as you settle into your private accommodations.
Step 3: Registration, Deposit, and Travel Arrangements
If you decide to get treatment at Alpha Healing Center, just call the Admissions Coordinator at 9004191108. Any necessary preparations will be smooth, and your arrival will be stress-free. We are happy to answer any questions and discuss payment options when you call. Alpha does not accept insurance but can help you make payment arrangements.
Step 4: Treatment at Alpha Healing Center
After acclimating to your surroundings, we start counseling sessions, the holistic therapies, and any excursions we offer with other guests. We will also start detox treatment if it is needed. Once your admission process is completed, you will be assigned a primary therapist in 2 days who will discuss with you the recovery plan.
Step 5: Aftercare When You Return Home
This transitional phase is an important aspect of full recovery. After your stay with us, you receive a full Aftercare plan which includes resources you can access at home. We follow up, work with your doctors on your progress, and provide ongoing support to support your recovery.
