Hello! I’m a passionate a young counselling professional with an experience of over 7 years in the service field of mental health. I’ve been helping young-adult individuals in the age range of 16-50 to cope up with psychological distress and disorders. I’ve done my certificate specialisation in REBT ( Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and rapport with youngsters is my expertise. I come from a Maharashtrian background and know 3 languages – English, Marathi, Hindi

I like to keep therapy active directive & application oriented while focusing on client’s emotional needs. Psychology has been my passion since college days and I intend to create a significant in your lives being in this role at Alpha.

Today is my last day at this beautiful place . For anyone who is willing enough to change their life and come out of their addictions . This is the best place . Let me emphasize on... This is a voluntary detox center so do come only if u are willing to change and not being forced by ur folks For a horse can be taken to the pond but you cannot force it to drink Prior to this i have been to 2 more rehabs and this is hands down the best From the CEO to counsellors to the housekeeping staff ... All of them are so down to earth and humble and caring... And ofcourse gujju food is always tastey :p The facility they provide is top notch !. Hats off to everyone All the best to those who are reading this comment and may you come out stronger after enrolling into this place . One day at a time .
